The question type of NMAT has a specific pattern. Skip the questions you do not know the answer to, because wasting time for that is not useful. You need to complete a section in a limited time. Therefore, IIFT is comparatively easier than CAT. Overall cut off for IIFT was 138 marks in a 2 hour paper whereas for CAT was 76 marks for 95 percentile. The cut offs for GK is also low, around 5 marks, which technically is 2 correct questions. Out of a 300 mark paper only 30 marks is for GK which is 10% weightage.
